CAM064AHD – White Bracket Sony 1080P AHD Rear View Driving Camera

This is our CAM064AHD, a narrow-angle rear view driving camera finished in white to blend neatly with motorhomes, panel vans and other light-coloured commercial vehicles. Instead of a wide-angle reversing lens, it uses an 8 mm lens with an approximately 60° field of view, so traffic behind appears at a more natural size on the screen. It is ideal as an always-on rear-view camera for motorway and A-road driving. The camera uses the Sony IMX307 1/2.8" 1080P AHD sensor for excellent colour and a clear high definition image. It must be used with an AHD-compatible monitor and includes our two-year Reversing Cameras UK guarantee.

Key Features

Narrow-Angle Rear View Camera - Designed specifically for rear view driving rather than parking, this camera provides a more natural perspective of the road behind. It is well suited to motorhomes, panel vans and HGV conversions where you want a mirror-style view rather than a wide, distorted reversing image.

8 mm Lens with Approx. 60° Field of View - The 60° viewing angle helps you judge what is happening further down the road behind you, rather than just immediately around the bumper. It is ideal for monitoring traffic when changing lanes or joining faster roads. Sony IMX307 1/2.8" 1080P AHD Sensor - A well-regarded starlight sensor that produces a sharp 1920×1080 image with very good colour accuracy in daylight and strong low-light performance at night.

18 IR LEDs for Night Vision - The built-in infrared LEDs provide extra illumination when light levels drop, giving up to around 30 ft of usable night vision for manoeuvring in darker conditions. The camera will switch to black and white when night vision activates.

White Painted Stainless Steel Bracket - The bracket is made from stainless steel for corrosion resistance and painted white to blend with white motorhomes and vans. It can be mounted on a horizontal surface (such as a roof edge) or a vertical rear wall and adjusted to suit your preferred rearward view.

IP68 Waterproof Rating - IP68 waterproof housing, proven to withstand the worst the British weather can throw at it. Suitable for year-round use on road-going motorhomes, work vans and commercial vehicles.

4-Pin Aviation Connector with Optional RCA Adaptors - Fitted with a standard 4-pin screw connector for secure video and power connections. A discounted RCA adaptor bundle is available if you need to connect the camera to a monitor that uses RCA inputs.

AHD compatibility notice

Extension cable options

We offer extension cables from 1 m to 20 m to suit different installation routes. Selected lengths are available with a slim 8 mm disconnect joint positioned approximately 1 m from the monitor end, making routing through tight areas such as grommets, headlining and factory trunking much easier. This joint is not waterproof and must remain inside the vehicle.

RCA adaptor set option

If your monitor or stereo head unit uses RCA inputs, an optional discounted adaptor bundle can be added. It includes:

• 1 × CAB0020 4-pin to RCA adaptor (video and power breakout)
• 1 × CAB101 1.5 m power lead with inline fuse (red +12 V and black earth)
• 1 × RCA/Phono coupler for male-to-male RCA connections

This provides everything needed to connect the camera to an RCA-based monitor.
