Returns

We understand that sometimes you may order something, and once you have it decide it wasn't the right choice. If you wish to return, or exchange something you have bought from us we are happy to accommodate. We go beyond the statutory, and offer a full 60 days from when you receive your item to return the item, either for a refund, or credit towards an alternative product if you wish. If you return your complete order then you will receive all your money back (no deductions) including postage. All we ask is that you return the product in the condition it arrived, more than happy if it's been tried out, just please avoid damage/marking the items.

We don't use an RMA system, we ask that the return is sent to us with a note enclosed giving us your instructions eg refund/exchange for, as well as name/address/order info if you still have it.
