• Upgraded Image Sensor - The image sensor is one of the most important aspects in achieving good picture quality on a reversing camera. We don't accept the base spec when it comes to our cameras. We opt for improved components that we know work well. This reverse camera is fitted with the 4089 premium 700tvl image sensor. We have used it for many years; it provides great colours, a high resolution, as well as being reliable.
• All Glass Composite Lens - Often overlooked is the quality of the lens fitted to the camera. This camera is fitted with an all-glass composite lens, giving an excellent image for many years. We steer clear of the cheaper standard plastic+glass lenses, which fade over time due to UV damaging the plastic layers. There is no problem with this camera and the all-glass construction lens.
• Night Vision IR LED's - When night time comes you will still benefit from this camera due to the ring of fitted IR LED's. The combination of the IR LED's and the sensitive modern 4089 image sensor means that you will still see any obstacles even at night. Don't worry about these shining at anyone following you; the light is visible to the camera but invisible to the human eye.
• Guidelines ON/OFF - As standard the brake light camera will come with static guidelines being added. There will be a trigger loop that allows you to remove these should you not wish to use them.
• Easy to fit - Simply remove your old brake light housing (one bolt at the rear), then pop the brake light housing from the kit in its place, move the bulb from the old housing to the new housing, and that's the camera installed.
