REVCAMUK Guarantee
We offer a 2 year guarantee on all standard products purchased from the REVCAMUK website, giving you confidence that our equipment is built to last. This guarantee applies to all items unless they are clearly marked as clearance products, which are excluded from this policy. Return of faulty items
All guarantee claims require the faulty item to be returned to us for inspection and testing. This is necessary so the product can be assessed, logged, and where required returned to the manufacturer or factory for analysis. Advance replacements
In certain circumstances, and at our discretion, we may supply a replacement item before the faulty item has been returned, for example where it would be inconvenient or impractical for the replacement to be completed in two stages. If a replacement is supplied in advance, the original faulty item must still be returned to us. Return timeframe for advance replacements
Where a replacement is supplied in advance, we require the original faulty item to be returned to us within 30 days of the replacement being supplied. Failure to return the original item within this timeframe may result in the replacement being charged. Faults within 60 days
If a product develops a fault within 28 days of delivery, we will arrange a replacement once the fault has been confirmed. The original item must be returned to us for inspection either before or alongside the replacement being issued. Faults after 60 days (up to 2 years)
If a fault occurs after the initial 28-day period but within the 2 year guarantee term, we reserve the right to repair the original item or replace it if a repair is not possible. The faulty item must be returned to us for assessment before a repair or replacement can be completed. Usually, repairs are only available for monitors and not cameras. What is not covered
The guarantee covers the product itself only. It does not cover any additional costs incurred as a result of installation, removal, re-fitting, vehicle downtime, or third-party labour charges. Postage costs are not covered outside of the first 60 days unless otherwise agreed. Misuse and installation
This guarantee applies to normal use only and does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modification, accidental damage, water ingress caused by improper fitting, or wear and tear. Our promise
