Blind Spot Cyclist Side View Reverse Camera in White – CAM667W

This listing is for our white blind spot side view reversing camera, designed to help drivers monitor cyclists and pedestrians travelling alongside the vehicle. This style of camera is most commonly fitted to the side of vans, motorhomes, lorries, LGVs and HGVs, where traditional mirrors alone may not give adequate coverage of the blind spot area.

Side View Blind Spot Coverage – This camera is designed specifically to look backwards down the side of the vehicle, allowing the driver to clearly see cyclists or pedestrians travelling alongside. It is not intended to be used as a long-range rear view driving camera, but instead excels at close-range blind spot monitoring.

Sony CCD Image Sensor – Fitted with a high-quality Sony 1/3" CCD 700TVL image sensor, the camera produces a clear, stable image with good colour reproduction during the day and excellent sensitivity in low-light conditions.

Night Vision IR LEDs – Infra Red night vision LEDs are built in to allow the camera to continue producing a usable image in dark conditions. The IR light is invisible to the human eye, so it will not distract cyclists, pedestrians, or other road users.

Adjustable Ball Camera – The camera uses an adjustable ball-style mount, allowing it to be angled up or down to suit the mounting position. This flexibility makes it easy to achieve the correct field of view regardless of vehicle height.

Left or Right Side Fitment – The camera can be used on either the left or right side of the vehicle. Simply rotate the ball camera 180 degrees during installation to suit the chosen side.

Mirror Image Output – The camera outputs a mirror image, replicating what you expect to see in your driving mirrors. This makes the image intuitive to interpret and reduces reaction time when spotting hazards.

Weatherproof Design – Built for external vehicle mounting, the camera is rated to IP68 and designed to withstand prolonged exposure to rain, road spray and general British weather conditions.
