The MON16AHD is a high-definition 7-inch dash-mount monitor designed specifically for modern AHD (Analogue High Definition) reversing and rear-view cameras, while still maintaining compatibility with traditional CVBS analogue cameras. Featuring a premium IPS panel with a 1024×600 pixel resolution, this monitor delivers crisp, vibrant images with improved colour accuracy and wide viewing angles. Its two hybrid channel inputs allow connection of up to two cameras with AHD output up to 1080P, making it ideal for motorhomes, vans, HGVs and commercial vehicles seeking a clearer, more detailed view behind the vehicle. Supplied with a butterfly-footprint bracket as standard, the MON16AHD also features a central mounting channel for a range of alternative dashboard and windscreen brackets.

This monitor is fitted with a top-quality 7‐inch IPS display with a 1024×600 pixel resolution, producing bright, clear and detailed images with excellent colour reproduction. The IPS panel ensures wide viewing angles and stable image performance, making it easy to see what’s behind you, even from off-centre seating positions. 

Dual AHD and CVBS Compatible Inputs

The MON16AHD features two hybrid inputs capable of accepting both the latest AHD signals (720P/960P/1080P) and older standard definition CVBS cameras. This makes it a flexible choice whether you are upgrading to high-definition cameras or retaining existing analogue cameras. Channels can be switched manually via the monitor controls or automatically using a reverse trigger wire.

Automatic Reverse Trigger for Hands-Free Switching

A green trigger wire on the monitor harness allows automatic switching to your reversing camera when the vehicle is put into reverse gear, providing a hands-free experience that makes manoeuvring safer and more convenient. Manual channel selection is also available via the monitor controls or the supplied remote.

12V and 24V Vehicle Compatibility

This monitor is designed to operate on both 12V and 24V electrical systems, making it suitable for a wide range of vehicles from cars and vans to larger commercial trucks and motorhomes. Built-in voltage regulation ensures that connected cameras receive a stable 12V supply to protect against voltage fluctuations.

Durable Dash Mount with Flexible Bracket Options
