Single Bracket Reversing Cameras

This is one of our latest cameras in, we wanted to add a small flexible camera to our range, but still with a high resolution.  We asked for these cameras to be made with the PC4089 image sensor - the same sensor we use in our brake light cameras, we spent extra to spec the cameras out with 4 glass lenses, instead of the standard 2 glass/2 plastic that you would usually see on these type of cameras (we chose all glass lenses because the plastic lenses go cloudy over time, because of UV exposure from the sun).  The PC4089 image sensor is one of the modern latest generation of CMOS (not to be confused with the cheap and cheerful CMOS of the past).  As the price is lower than CCD, we have passed these savings on to you. 

We have stocked the Sony CCD version of the bracket reversing camera (from the same factory) for a number of years now. This is the new highest spec version using a relatively new technology called AHD. AHD is an open source Analogue High Definition technology that has become dominant in the industry.

We have stocked a twin lens camera for more than a decade that uses two cameras with a compact 50mm width case. Because we frequently get asked by customers if they can use just the one in a small bracket, and because we like to listen and learn from customers, we decided to get a bracket specially produced to house our large selection of twin lens camera units. The unit fitted to the camera provided in this listing is the 120° wide angle parking/reversing camera. The camera body is painted black, whilst the bracket is polished stainless steel. The image sensor fitted is our favourite AHD signal sensor. 

Please note that this can ONLY be used with 1080P AHD PAL signal compatible displays. Most screens available today still aren't compatible with this signal so please double check before ordering.
