This listing is for the white diamond-shaped reversing camera. This style of camera is popular with customers who want something a little more discreet and modern-looking, without the traditional square or rectangular bracket camera fitted to the rear of the vehicle. The white finish makes it especially well suited to motorhomes, caravans, and white vans.

High-Quality Image Sensor - The camera is fitted with a modern PC4089 1/3" 700TVL image sensor. This is the same sensor family used in several of our higher-end cameras, offering good colour reproduction during the day and excellent low-light sensitivity at night.

Reversing or Side Camera – Not a Rear View Driving Camera - This camera is designed primarily for reversing and close-range manoeuvring. It can also be used effectively as a side or blind-spot camera on vans, motorhomes, or larger vehicles. Due to limitations in upwards adjustability, it is not suitable for rear-view driving to monitor traffic behind the rear of the vehicle when driving.

Adjustable Viewing Angle - The camera can be angled downwards to focus on the area immediately behind the vehicle when reversing, or tilted slightly upwards to give better awareness of close following objects. It is not intended to provide long-distance rear traffic visibility.

Infra Red Night Vision - Infra Red (IR) LEDs are fitted to allow the camera to operate in low-light and dark conditions. The IR light is invisible to the human eye, so it will not distract other road users, but allows the camera to produce a usable image at night.

4-Pin Waterproof Screw Connector - The camera is fitted with a 4-pin screw aviation connector on the fly lead. This provides a secure, waterproof connection and is compatible with all of our 4-pin monitors and extension cables.

Optional RCA Phono Adaptor - If you are connecting the camera to an RCA monitor or a stereo head unit (for example Pioneer, Kenwood, or Sony), an optional 4-pin to RCA adaptor can be selected from the drop-down menu.

Weatherproof Design - The camera body is rated to IP68, meaning it is designed to withstand harsh outdoor conditions. A rubber gasket for the base of the camera and a pre-fitted cable grommet are supplied to aid waterproof installation.

Wide Viewing Angle for Close-Range Coverage - The camera has an approximate 150° diagonal viewing angle. This wide angle is ideal for reversing and side-mounted blind-spot applications, giving excellent visibility of nearby hazards.

Mirror Image Output - The camera outputs a mirror image, ensuring the view on the monitor behaves like a normal vehicle mirror. This is essential for reversing and side-camera use.

Power Supply - The camera operates on a 12V supply, normally provided by the monitor via the 4-pin cable. Our 12/24V monitors automatically regulate the voltage down to 12V for the camera.
