This adaptor set converts the factory-installed 6-pin Camos cable used in many Adria motorhomes into a standard 4-pin screw-type aviation connection. It provides a simple and cost-effective way to replace ageing cameras or upgrade to one of our twin-lens reverse and rear-view systems without removing the original cabling.

The green wires included with the adaptor recover the reverse trigger signal where required. Some original cameras, such as the Camos Jewel, use an internal trigger pin to crop or adjust the displayed image. We have linked that same pin to a dedicated wire so that, if you upgrade to one of our twin-lens cameras, you can pair it with the ACC099 switching box by connecting the adaptor’s green trigger wire to the blue trigger wire on the switch box.

Important Compatibility Notice:

This product is not manufactured by Camos, Adria, or any affiliated companies. It is designed solely as a compatible option for certain Camos reversing systems fitted to Adria motorhomes.

If both ends of the adaptor are being used (new 4-pin camera to new 4-pin monitor), compatibility will generally be fine regardless of who made the cable.

If you are only using one side of the adaptor, please ensure it is being connected to a confirmed genuine Camos system. Other connectors may look similar but may be wired differently, and incorrect use could cause damage. We stock another version compatible with Caratec that uses the same style connector. If you have this type please see our Caratec Compatible Reversing Camera Adaptor Cable
