Roof-Mount 1080P Sony AHD Reversing Camera – Black

This is our 1080P AHD roof-mount reversing camera designed for vans and motorhomes. It attaches neatly to the rear roof lip and gives a natural-looking view downwards behind the vehicle. The camera uses the Sony IMX307 1080P AHD sensor, giving a clear, detailed picture with very good low-light performance. It includes IR LEDs for night vision, is finished in black, and uses a 4-pin aviation connector. This camera must be used with an AHD-compatible monitor and includes our two-year Reversing Cameras UK guarantee.

Key Features

Purpose-Built Roof-Mount Design - Designed to fit on the rear roof lip of vans and motorhomes, giving a high, central view ideal for reversing into bays, judging distances and monitoring the area directly behind the vehicle.

Sony IMX307 1080P AHD Sensor - The Sony IMX307 1/2.8" CMOS sensor provides a sharp 1920×1080 image with strong daytime clarity and good low-light performance.

120° Wide Viewing Angle - The 120° lens gives a practical, wide reversing view without pushing into heavy fisheye distortion. It provides very good coverage of the area behind the vehicle, making it easier to see bollards, posts and passing pedestrians.

IR Night Vision - Built-in infrared LEDs provide a usable image in low-light conditions or complete darkness. The IR illumination is invisible to the human eye and only picked up by the camera.

Black Roof-Mount Housing - The black housing blends neatly with most factory roof trims and rear mouldings. It is designed to look OEM-like once installed.

Optional ACC345 Stainless Steel Extension Plate - For vehicles with a wider or deeper roof overhang, you can add the ACC345 stainless steel extension plate. This extends the mounting footprint, ensuring a secure fit on a larger lip. Product link: ACC345 Extension Plate.

IP68 Waterproof Rating - IP68 waterproof housing, proven to withstand the worst the British weather can throw at it. Suitable for vehicles parked outdoors all year round.

4-Pin Aviation Connector - Fitted with a standard 4-pin screw-type aviation connector for secure video and power transmission.

Two-Year Reversing Cameras UK Guarantee - Supplied with our two-year Reversing Cameras UK guarantee for peace of mind.

AHD compatibility notice

Please note: This is a high-definition 1080P AHD camera and must be used with a monitor or head unit that supports AHD video input.
Standard-definition CVBS screens will not display an image from this camera.

If your monitor does not support AHD, you may prefer our standard-definition version:

Extension cable options

We offer 4-pin extension cables from 1 m to 20 m to suit different installation routes. These cables are available in both standard-diameter and slim-joint 8 mm versions. The 8 mm joint is not waterproof and must remain inside the vehicle. Choose the style that best suits your cable-routing requirements.

RCA adaptor set option

If your monitor or stereo head unit uses RCA inputs, an optional discounted adaptor bundle can be added. It includes:

  • 1 × CAB0020 4-pin to RCA adaptor (video and power breakout)
  • 1 × CAB101 1.5 m power lead with inline fuse (red +12 V and black earth)
  • 1 × RCA/Phono coupler for male-to-male RCA connections

This provides everything needed to connect the camera to an RCA-based monitor.
