AHD signal cameras will NOT work with 99% of monitors and car stereos currently in use. This camera requires a special AHD monitor that can read the AHD signal produced by the camera. Ensure your AHD monitor or recorder can handle 1080P AHD inputs.  If you do not have a confirmed AHD monitor, then please purchase instead from our large range of high resolution traditional cameras.

Why not check out the screen shot from this camera in the extra photos section. I deliberately chose a scene that would be difficult for the camera to handle : a December winter sunset with low down light giving a bright white light source at the top of the image and a dark shadowy image to the bottom of the screen. The camera handled this quite well, although our larger Sony IMX307 sensor side camera did beat it. But for the lower cost and size, this camera still did well under difficult lighting conditions.
