  1. Royal Mail Tracked - this will usually arrive within 2 working days on orders placed by 12:30PM Monday to Friday, although out of caution we list this as a 1-3 day service.
  2. DPD Next Day Delivery - this will be sent with DPD Local and should arrive within 1 working day on orders placed by 12:30PM Monday to Friday.

Highlands and Islands UK

Delivery can take up to 3 working days.  Depending on weight and location we will either send with Parcel Force or Royal Mail Tracked (never one of the budget couriers).

Europe

European delivery can between a couple of days to a couple of weeks and can be sent one of a number of ways depending on the country and weight/value.  Small items will usually be airmail, whereas larger orders tend to be a courier.  As of the 1st January 2021 we will remove UK VAT as you progress through the checkout and you will be charged your own countries VAT on entry to your country, there may also be admin charges.

Channel Islands

Channel Islands delivery tends to take between a couple of days to a week and can be sent one of a number of ways depending on weight/value.  Small items will usually be royal mail, whereas larger orders tend to be a courier.

Outside of Europe

Try our checkout for a delivery quote based on the items you wish, if nothing comes up then we may not be able to deliver to your country.  It is worth giving us an email to see if we can get a custom courier quote, or workout how to make the order lighter to get the parcel within airmail weights.

Can I have my package left in a safe place?

Some of our couriers allow you to select to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property. If you select this option, you are taking responsibility for that parcel, and even if you requested a specific place and it was left elsewhere on your property, neither the courier nor ourselves can be held liable for any losses that arise. The responsibility for the consignment becomes your responsibility once the courier has confirmed delivery either to yourselves, your neighbour or a safe place location. If this is a concern then we recommend not selecting either option if the courier offers them (they usually offer a pickup from local store option that would be safer if you aren't going to be in).

Why don't we offer free delivery?

To offer free delivery means the delivery costs need to be hidden inside the product prices.  To avoid people ordering more than one item effectively being double charged for postage we keep our prices low and charge for delivery.  We keep keep these as low as possible to avoid making any profit on this cost.
