About the Ford Transit Custom brake light reversing + rear view camera

When somebody wants a reversing camera for a van, the most popular option these days is a brake light reversing camera. This is because of the following reasons:

Easy to fit because it uses the original location and fixing method that has already been installed by the manufacturer
No sealant required, as the new brake light reversing camera housing is fitted with a seal which is mechanically compressed against the original location of the old brake light
The reversing camera is tidy and "factory look"

This brake light camera is also unusually fitted with a second camera for rear view. This second camera has a slightly narrower field of view, and can be aimed back down the road for an always on view of following vehicles.

The camera has been fitted with a 4 pin connector, which in the industry is widely considered to be the best connector. If you are using a phono connector monitor/stereo then we can provide adaptors, please see the drop down menu to order.

The camera is waterproof up to IP68.
