This 1080P AHD flush-mounted bumper camera is one of our most discreet reversing camera options. It sits neatly in the bumper using a threaded bullet-style body, giving a clean, factory-style finish that suits cars, vans, motorhomes and camper conversions where you want a subtle OEM look rather than a bracket or pod on display.

Installation is straightforward: a 28 mm hole-saw is supplied to cut the correct-sized hole. The camera is inserted from the front and secured from behind using the locking ring on the threaded body. A set of angled spacers is included to help compensate if the bumper or mounting panel is slightly tilted, so you can still aim the lens for the best possible view behind the vehicle.

At the heart of the camera is a 1/2.7" 2399 AHD 1080P CMOS sensor, delivering a crisp, detailed image at 1920 x 1080 resolution. Ten infrared LEDs provide true 0 lux performance with up to around 10 metres of night vision, giving a bright, usable picture even when reversing in poorly lit car parks or rural lanes. The lens offers a 95° diagonal field of view (approximately 75° horizontal x 60° vertical), wide enough for excellent awareness without the heavily distorted fisheye effect seen on cheaper units.

1080P AHD 2399 Sensor - The 2399 AHD sensor delivers crisp 1080P HD video with excellent daytime clarity and low-noise starlight performance at night. It gets close to the quality of more expensive branded sensors while keeping the overall camera cost down, and has received strong feedback from auto electricians for its value and performance.

Flush 28 mm Fit - Installs into a 28 mm opening using the included hole saw for a clean, factory-style finish. Once fitted, the camera sits discreetly in the bumper or door and is locked firmly in place from the rear using a threaded securing ring.

Angled Spacers - Supplied angled rings allow you to correct the viewing angle by around 15 degrees, ideal for installations where the panel does not naturally point in the right direction. When used, the camera will sit slightly more proud of the surface, which is normal.

Night Vision LEDs - Ten infrared LEDs provide illumination in darker environments. The IR light is invisible to the human eye but allows the camera to reveal obstacles that would otherwise be hidden at night, complementing the sensor’s strong low-light performance.

Weatherproof Housing - Rated to IP68, the camera is built to withstand British rain, road spray and harsh winter conditions. Its tough construction also resists vibration and shock, making it reliable for long-term bumper-mounted use.

4-Pin Connector - Uses an aviation-grade 4-pin screw connector that forms a secure, waterproof connection. This industry-standard wiring avoids proprietary restrictions and is preferred by installers for reliability and compatibility with our full range of cables and adaptor sets.

Extension cable options

We offer extension cables from 1M to 20M, so you can choose the length that best suits your vehicle layout and installation route. Selected cable lengths are available with a slim 8 mm disconnect joint positioned approximately 1M from the monitor end. This compact joint makes it much easier to feed the cable through tight areas such as grommets, headlining and factory trunking.

RCA adaptor set option

The optional RCA adaptor set is available as a discounted bundle and includes all the parts needed to connect this camera to an RCA-based monitor or head unit. The set consists of a CAB0020 4-pin to RCA adaptor, a CAB101 1.5M power lead with red (+12V) and black (earth) wires and an inline 3A fuse for protection, plus a small RCA/Phono coupler to link a male RCA plug to another male RCA input, if required.
