To improve customer service we have updated our delivery options and speed of dispatch.  From now on any orders received by 13:30pm (GMT) Monday to Friday we aim to send that same day.  Excludes Bank Holidays or any days we have a holiday notice up (eg Christmas to New Year).  Orders receive after 13:30pm (GMT) will be dispatched the following day (Monday to Friday).  Please call us if you need the parcel dispatched after these times, we may be able to help still.

 

If Standard delivery is selected it may go either Royal Mail 1st recorded, UPS.

If Next Day Delivery is selected it may go either Special Delivery, Parcel Force 24 or UPS next day. 

We offer a Saturday Guarantee delivery which is available on our website from Thursday 1:30pm to Friday 4:00pm.  This is available to all UK customers excluding some of the small islands and excludes the Channel Islands.  This will be delivered by Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed Special Delivery.  Please see their website if you live in destination that may be exempt from the guarantee.  If you select Saturday delivery and the Royal Mail fail to attempt delivery by 1pm Saturday we will refund the postage you paid back to you.

Please note that all deliveries require a signature and if you would prefer it sent to an alternative address (as maybe no one will be at home), this is fine, just input the alternative address in the shipping address section.
